Circle your date, drop your deposit, and let’s make ordinary gift-giving very nervous.

Here’s how scheduling works (and why time is everything):

  1. Select Your Appointment Type - First, choose whether to build a basket from scratch or take one of our Hit-n-Run Baskets and crank up the chaos with custom add-on’s.

  2. Choose Your Delivery Date - Pick the day you want your basket delivered by. Add your name and email so we know who’s plotting this masterpiece.

  3. Human or Pet? - Tell us who the basket’s for and you’ll get the right questionnaire to spill all the juicy details. The more you share in the questionnaire, the better we can plot the perfect rebel-worthy basket.

  4. Pay the $25 Deposit - This non-refundable deposit locks in your delivery by date and kicks off the design process. You’ll need to pay by 5:00pm MST the following day or you’ll lose the date and have to start over with a new questionnaire (and possibly a new delivery-by date).

  5. Get Your Item Selection Email - Once your deposit is in, we’ll give you a date when your Item Selection Email will hit your inbox. From that day, you’ve got 7 days to make your picks, request changes, and approve & pay. Miss the deadline? Your plan expires, your deposit disappears, and you’ll have to start over.

  6. Early Bird Perks (Maybe) - Sometimes your basket may be ready earlier than the delivery date you chose. If that happens, we’ll let you know - you can stick to your original date or snag the earlier one. Just don’t bank on it - it’s a bonus, not a promise.

Keep an eagle eye on your inbox the day your Item Selection Email lands. You’ll only have 7 days to make your picks, request changes, and approve & pay. Miss the window, and your plan expires - you’ll lose your deposit and have to start the whole process over.

Check your junk mail if you don’t see your questionnaire email soon after scheduling.

When choosing your delivery date, the time shown does NOT represent the delivery time. You’re picking the DAY your basket will be delivered by, not the time it will be delivered.
