The method to our madness
a.k.a. How This Whole Rebel Operation Works
Step 1: Claim Your Spot - First things first, grab your delivery date on our schedule. You’ll choose if this basket is for a human or a pet, and we’ll send you the right questionnaire to spill the details.
Step 2: Pay the Rebel Toll ($25) - Drop the non-refundable $25 deposit to lock in your date. It goes towards your basket if you buy - lose it if you ghost us.
Step 3: The Lineup Drops - On the date we promised, you’ll get your Item Selection Email. That’s where the fun begins: pick your loot (minimum of 5 items), request tweaks, and lock in the vibe. This is when the 7-day clock starts ticking
Step 4: Approve It or Lose It - You’ve got 7 days to give the green light and pay up. Miss the deadline and your plan goes up in smoke - deposit gone, delivery date scrapped, and yep… you’ll be starting from scratch. Once you approve, that’s it. No tweaks, no swaps, no last-minute “oops, can we change this?” The rebel train leaves the station, and your basket gets built exactly as planned.
Step 5: Delivery with a Plot Twist - Once you’ve paid, we get to work building your basket masterpiece. If it’s ready early, we’ll let you know - you can take it sooner or hold out for the dramatic reveal on your scheduled delivery date.
