The method to our madness
a.k.a. How This Whole Rebel Operation Works
Step 1: Start the Process - First things first, fill out the custom basket form and tell me who (or what) this basket is for. This is where the rebellion begins.
Step 2: Spill the Details - You’ll get a follow-up questionnaire so we can lock in the vibe, style, and personality behind your basket.
Step 3: The Lineup Drops - Once we’ve got your details, we’ll send you a curated selection of items to choose from. Pick what you love, request tweaks, and build your basket your way.
Step 4: Lock it In - When your lineup is set, you’ll receive an invoice with a payment link. Once payment is complete, we’ll order everything and start bringing your basket to life.
Step 5: Built & On the Move - We’ll build your basket, pack it up, and send it your way. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.
